Daughters of Penelope
The Daughters of Penelope is the women's affiliate organization of the American Hellenic Education Progressive Association (AHEPA) Family with headquarters in Washington, D.C. It was founded in 1929, in San Francisco.  Today, the Daughters of Penelope is a leader in philanthropic, educational and cultural activities with local chapters in the United States, Canada, Australia and Greece

Objectives
The objectives of the Daughters of Penelope are to promote the social, ethical and intellectual interests of its members; to perpetuate the study of American ideals and to encourage Hellenic study; to cultivate citizenship and patriotism for the United States of America and other countries in which chapters exist; and to preserve the ideals and traditions of Hellenism as a contribution to the development of America. The Daughters of Penelope is non-partisan and non-denominational.   For more information visit

Penelope’s Scroll
The Penelope Scroll is the Voice of the Daughters of Penelope.   It provides the opportunity to communicate with each other, share stories, suggest ideas, and, inadvertently, connect the miles that divides the membership.   Remember, no article is too small or not important enough to be included in the Penelope Scroll.

The Scroll is published twice a year and contains 60 pages of articles, news and photographs.  It is available as a printed copy or on CDs (upon request).    The cost is only $15 per year.  Click here for a subscription form. SUBCRIBE NOW!
